Lesson 1   Aim: To know how our bodies change during puberty and how we can look after them.

Lesson 2   Aim: To know the importance of good personal hygiene during puberty.

Lesson 3   Aim: To know how their emotions may change as they approach and move through puberty.

Lesson 4      Aim: To understand what a loving relationship is and that there are different types.  To know what consent is and how it should be respected.

Lessons 5 and 6     Aim: To learn about human reproduction.
